Coaching is a professional conversation designed to help clients acquire personal insight about themselves or their situation and then translate that insight into meaningful action and positive change.

I firmly believe that coaching only works when an individual decides for themselves that they would benefit from some professional assistance in achieving what they want and deserve. Sometimes this decision is reached after periods of frustration, dissatisfaction or a hunger for more. Whatever the timing - when you are ready you will know.

I provide in person coaching in Calgary or tele-coaching depending on your needs. These options can also be mixed and matched to provide you with the best possible service.
